The room had a strange odor. The front desk wasn't readily available. The parking isn't the most desirable. The room phone didn't work. The elevator only holds 2 people comfortably.

Staff was great, bathroom was clean. Refrigerators were well stocked with very reasonable pricing. Furniture was a little dated, but all- in- all it was a quick trip and worked well for our needs. Would recommend.

We had a great experience at City Suites. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the common space and always available coffee and tea. The room suite was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful. The walls of this place are thin and I was up half the night due to noise from the floor above. The hall spaces and stairwells showed some wear and tear, needing some cleaning. The location is good to walk to many things.

Staff was great but the room was extremely loud. From the 2nd floor, I could clearly hear conversations that were happening on the sidewalk. It's close enough to the L that you could hear the announcer every time a train came through. The radiator heat didn't work so the bathroom wasn't heated. But the window unit A/C worked and was loud enough to block out the external sounds. Not terrible but also relatively cheap.

Room was clean, staff were helpful, and great neighborhood! The only negative was that you could hear footsteps and noises from above and outside the room, but that’s to be expected in an old building. Nothing that some white noise couldn’t drown out! Would definitely stay again.

Staff is very helpful. The room was clean. Great location for overnight stay because of procedures at the hospital around the block. Lots of eating options to walk to.
