Cleaning crew needs to be fired

Adequate at best. Room comfort was ok, but Cleanliness was seriously lacking. Didn’t look like the bathroom had been swept or mopped in weeks. Stains on the floor by the sink and toilet. Sofa had questionable stains on the fabric. Will not return.

Simple and quiet. Breakfast area is small but doable. Housekeeping done every few days unless you request it. Towels swapped out periodically. Good place if looking for somewhere out of the normal, close to the airport and plenty to do and eat within driving distance of 20 minutes minimum.

I loved that our room had a separate 'living room' space with a couch, chair and desk area. The view out our bedroom window was stunning overlooking the golf course. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

I only booked this property for the airport parking and shuttle. The day of check in they had me fill out make and model for extended parking. They did not inform me there was no parking available until morning of my flight. Ended up having to pay $250 for airport parking on top of the $200 I paid for the room. They should have informed me of this at check in. Staff was very rude in the morning when I became upset. I would have never booked this hotel if there was no parking available. Huge inconvenience. Very disappointing. Do not stay here if you need parking for a flight unless you quadruple check.

The property was gross, stains on everything, very dirty floors, doors that are hard to open, the pool was nasty, the hot tub looked like it was full of pee and the whole room stunk, not to mention the heat in the room was broken. We picked this hotel due to airport transportation and the fact that it had a hot tub and pool. Sadly we weren’t able to let our kids go in the pool or hot tub. The airport transportation was fantastic and the workers were very nice. Overall, I would not stay there again. The decorations make it look kind of nice, but there are a lot of questionable aspects.

So me and my husband went to just to get away for a night the lay out was nice but are room was very dangerous we find some dirt on the door in are room and when you walk around the room your feet collects dirt and then it get on the bed and we you want to take a shower. And the window was not working and the furniture was very dangerous to set on to injoy and nice relaxing so we stay in the bed for the night

Rooms are outdated, showerhead was coming off the wall, pool was freezing, hot tub looked dirty. Very disappointed since we just wanted to go swimming over spring break. I asked the staff to turn up the heat and turn the air off in the pool room and was hit with, we have someone coming to fix it. Only no one came the 2 days that we were there.
