One of Chicago's greatest low-cost hotels close to the airport. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were tidy. They feature a good swimming pool, a lovely dining area, breakfast, and lots of parking. Overall, it was a great experience.

Bad shuttle service, but good hotel

Overall it was a good over night stay trying to figure out transportation from O'Hara airport to hotel was not good , called couldn't understand her n directions were wrong . Ended up getting a taxi . Next day it ran 20 min late. So only issue we had was the shuttle service. Pool was actually warm n hot tub was hot! Breakfast wasn't bad , basic .

Our door to the room kept jamming and wouldn’t close, come to find out they charged me for 3 nights and tried to say we only paid for 2 mind YOU I have the receipts to prove they was being on some BS. NEVER AGAIN .Still waitin on my refund for the night I didn’t stay

I liked the hotel. The services were good and the staff was nice. Things were clean. The only thing I didn't like was the online check in process. It wasn't encrypted. Then when we got to the hotel, they made me check in again anyway.
