Still have not gotten my deposit. I live in Canada, now I have to make long distances calls for something so unnecessary. Also the key cards are very sensitive. If you have an early morning flight do not depend on the shuttle. The earliest they’ll leave is 7 am and we missed our flight

Sneaky way of gathering peoples information

Somehow this hotel scans airline trips and sends out information to trick end users into a confirmation. My wife has never booked on hotels.com for this location and has already refuted all charges. I never stayed at that location either because she booked the Hyatt place. Unbelievable service at the counter which makes me wonder why we would ever use hotels.com again. Did not have food or bed
