It's an older facility. The room was cold when I arrived. The heating/cooling unit was strange because it was difficult to adjust the unit. There was no refrigerator and microwave in the room. Wasn't really that quiet.

Musty smell

Staff was extremely friendly. Stayed in room 710 and room smeeled musty. Upon further investigation, around window was full of mold. Ice room smelled of mold horribly

I stayed in Room 326 for the weekend. Sunday morning was the first time I actually sat on the sofa to put my boots on. The putrid smell that came from the left side of the sofa pillow (the part near the desk) reeked of rotted feces. When I got up the smell from the sofa took over the room. I checked out beyond pissed. The same clerk that checked me in on Friday was there. She apologized and said she would have her manager call me- I still haven't received a call. I was dressed for an event at a friends church and was unable to attend.

The Staff were phenomenal, the rooms however because they are open to people with dogs ,several rooms smelled of dog or dog urine even after being cleaned...ww would have to stay on floor 7 or 8..i slso didnt like the policy that they charge you 50 dollars a night for emergency charges..ive stayed in plenty nice hotels and never went through that.some things were simply outdated like you were in a old hotel. But tge staff were so wonderful and helpful most of this was overlooked
