It is close to super StarBucks and Harry Potter store, good restaurants around, during the night it is quite, pharmacy near by, overall I recommend.

The staff was friendly. I had asked when I booked for a room on an Upper floor. when I got there I was put on the second floor. The room had a wired smell and I had bricks and concrete for a view plus there were some type of flying insect all in the bathroom. The next morning I went to the front desk and they moved me to an upper floor it was much better. I didn’t realize how small the room was.

A place to stay that’s nearby

Overall it was an easy check in/out process. The rooms were not great. Very tiny and no microwave/fridge. We stayed 2 nights and night 1, when we woke up in the morning our window was completely covered in tiny mosquitos!!! Obviously flying by the window but in our room too. We asked be moved right away and the receptionist was able to switch us rooms immediately which was appreciated. The room didn’t have any bugs but there was a half finished blunt on the office desk? Hot breakfast in the morning was normal

I flew in town on a late flight & was extremely exhausted & pissed to see that This place was extremely outdated & small! I called & asked for towels & fresh sheets they never came I ended up having to book somewhere near by after 1am . This hotel is not somewhere I would recommend if you coming in for a business trip

I registered too late for a dental society meeting. All the rooms at the Swissotel and the Hyatt regency were sold out. Parking in Chicago is expensive. I recommend contraction the property front desk for a small discount at the garage around the corner. We laughed when we saw how small the room was. It reminded me of Jake’s room from the Blues Brothers movie. But we would stay there again, no question. It was safe and clean.
