Room was very clean. Swimming pool was chilly and murky. Complimentary breakfast not available first morning and we weren’t informed until we went down for breakfast. By the time we got dressed and out for breakfast many places weren’t serving. Entrance door is back is broken making entry almost impossible, not appreciated when coming in at night in the bitter cold.

Room was decent. Dining area not well laid out as TV was loud and then there was a second TV blasting kid shows. The hot water warmer never worked and you had to ask the front desk for hot water one cup at a time. The exercise equipment did not work. Really was understaffed during breakfast.
