Beautiful property. That's well kept. Excellent staff. The room was very large, and the bathroom was huge. I would absolutely stay there again. The beds were comfortable, I really don't have any complaints. Being a few blocks off Michigan Avenue wasn't too bad. Also, pretty quiet inside considering where the hotel is.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They offered numerous suggestions for area dining and activities. The bellhops were terrific and the coffee bar was fresh. The room was clean and the maid staff was accommodating with extra towels and cleaning on our schedule. Great location - within walking distance to theaters and restaurants

There were some stains on the edge of the bedding but otherwise everything else was pretty good. Entrance area had construction going on but that was fine. Room was a little hot first night because it happened to get so warm out for November and AC’s weren’t on but they did offer fans.
