Wasn’t too impressed. Towels had hair in them when I opened them. Couch in room had stains. Bedding looked very used / feathers were coming out of comforter and pillows. Wouldn’t stay again / recommend. Only stayed due to last minute flight cancellation.

First time stay. Hard to turn into the parking lot if heading north on Rt 12/Mannheim Rd. Have to go past the hotel and make a U turn. The hotel was good. Nice lobby. The person who checked me in could have been a little nicer with her greeting. But overall it was a nice place to stay for the night, close to O'hare airport, lots p.i f restaurants and shopping nearby.

The main reason I picked this property was to have free and quick access to ORD. I received neither benefit. On arrival, I contacted the front desk and was told a shuttle was on the way. I don’t know if it ever arrived but after 30 minutes I found alternative transportation. Then, when I went to line up a shuttle the next morning, I was told I would need to wait more than a half an hour and then was told the shuttle coming in 30 minutes was booked and there was no more room. So, I ended up using alternative (paid) transportation for both ends of my trip. Otherwise, the hotel was ok — not nice but not unpleasant either. Due to its proximity to the highway, there was loud and persistent traffic noise the entire night.

No luggage carts available had to drag our suit cases in 4 rounds. Rooms requested were king bed but we got 2 twin bed rooms which was terrible for us couples. Morning breakfast was terrible they were out of sugar for oatmeal and food choice were so minimal

Nice Hotel, but one elevator was out of service causing some delay, shuttle was good to airport but was very hard to find from airport to hotel. Air condition is a little bit noisy but room was spacious and clean
