Hotel look new or recently remodeled. Staff was friendly. Lobby was very nice for sitting and has an adjacent bar. Included breakfast was far better than most. Regular buffet, but more choices and they had table service bring coffee and drinks. Gym is above average.

Great room! Super spacious, but it was so dusty that my allergies flared up so bad. Housekeeping and the front desk were great. But I would suggest they do some deep cleaning behind their beds.

I was ver disappointed in the hotel. The room was very dark with little lighting. The shower had black mold growing along the glass. The towels were stained and threadbare. I expected better from the Hyatt.

Front lobby check in 👎👎

The room was clean the cleaning crew were amazing but as to checking in I had called 3 hours before arriving after a 13 hr drive and asked if I have to book another night or can I just check in with a fee upon arriving and they said I can check in at 1 am for $100 or 5 am for $40 when I arrived they said I needed to book another night … almost didn’t stay there anymore but I was tired so instead of arguing I booked another night ..

The check in was very quick and I very impressed with the Lobby and main area. The reason I will not stay here again is because the bedding was the absolute worst. We had no comforter on either bed. Due to the fact thtat we didn't have something on the bed to keep us warm we had to turn the AC down so we wouldn't be too cold during the night. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that our son just squeezed onto the tiny couch without pulling the bed out and also there wasn't any bedding (sheets) available to put on the sofa sleeper. The mattress on the sofa was pretty much a spring nightmare. The two main beds were very uncomfortable. My daughter who had just graduated from Basic training in the Navy that week was with us and we wanted to treat her to a wonderful night's sleep at a nice hotel... but, she said that it wasn't any better than the Navy bunk. How sad is that?! I usually don't leave comments on a business unless it is really bad because I understand that things happen and I do extend an amount of grace but I don't want another family to experience the same thing. We had stayed at a Holiday Inn Express nearer to the base the two nights before the graduation and we all wanted to return back to the Holiday Inn instead of staying at this hotel.
