The faucet in the bathroom had a constant leak, and was annoying! The planes every 10-20 min was another thing tbat i didnt like too much.

The room was very clean, floor wasn’t sticky, bathtub had some staining but otherwise was clean. Looked to be newly renovated. Would definitely stay here again

Had to tighten screws on Door lock features for safety , the bathroom door knob needed tightened also , one light burned out . Not a lot of plugs for cell charging. Beds need upgraded . The positive is was clean could still smell the cleaning supplies

Hotel is good for the price range. Nothing fancy and that is what we need. Rather save some money on the hotel and spend more at the convention

My partner had a visible leg injury and help was not offered with our luggage. It was dark outside and pouring down rain. Front desk attendant gave us the wrong room number as well. We figured out the room number he gave us was incorrect when we tried to open the door with our room key and it didn't work - someone was in the room already and heard the door jiggling. I'm sure that was unsettling for them and us. We had to walk back to the front desk, in the dark, in the rain, with a leg injury. We were then told that our room was actually on the second floor - with no elevator. Not great service or accessibility, but the room was fine!
