I was getting ready to shower when I saw 2 roaches one by the bathtub and the other one by the wall the toilet wasn’t even flushing and was dirty the bed sheets were stains

Never staying at another red roof inn

When i first arrived i had to tinkle after driving 2 1/2 hours away. When when the attendant came to the counter.I let him know that I had a reservation and that I also needed to use the restroom. he took my identification and within seconds he brought my I d back to me telling me that I did not have a reservation. i was forced to do something.I was not proud of before pulling up my email with my confirmation number.He then let me know you do indeed.Have a reservation with us and he apologized. These men were very unprofessional. The first room they tried to give me was terrible. Stinky filthy covers and sheets. The bathroom shower was disgusting. After. Going back to the desk and asking for a total refund? He then let me know one of the guys that he would give me another room. needless to say, the second room was better than the first but because of how they treated me when I first arrived.I will never be staying at another red roof inn thanks to their services.

Terrible !

Rude staff received a parking ticket because apparently they couldn’t see the parking pass in the car and the staff was super rude and location was extremely sketchy overall terrible I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ever !

The bathroom was nasty and still dirty and the bedding had stains inside of it and burn holes from previous smokers . I seen 2 roaches crawling on the wall .
