Really enjoyed our stay here, very central location, property in good condition, comfortable rooms & beds with good toiletries and restaurant and bar were good. Used the gym which although small had everything I’d want. Only thing that was disappointing was I had booked here for the pool and two days before arrival we were told the pool was closed for the time being.

It was a wonderful hotel in a great location. Upon arrival I was immediately upgraded, received a bottle of wine and was credited with$20 for use at the restaurant or bar. I wish I had gotten the clerks name. Room was cleaned early and perfectly. Would definitely return!!

The hotel is steps away from wabash and north Michigan Ave. there are ample dining and bar options within steps across an array of costs and cuisine. Sadly the pool was closed indefinitely.

We reserved a spa room and its space, views and amenities were excellent. Staff was cheerful and eager to accommodate all our asks. Housekeeping was prompt to deliver towels, etc. The restaurant was very good, especially breakfast menu. Our server, Edgar, was a delight each morning of the 6 we spent at the hotel.Spiro greeted us warmly as we entered and exited the hotel. He helped with our luggage and uber rides. Wonderful hotel!

It's near Chicago River. Walkable distance to tourist attractions like Navy Pier, Millennium Park and Fine Art Institute. Many restaurants nearby. The room deco is a bit old school, but it's comfy, nice and clean. Staff are very helpful.

My phone and HVAC didn’t work. I asked for another room and was told one wasn’t available but was told an engineer would be up shortly. After waiting almost an hour, I went back to the front desk and they told me they would put a rush on the request. I waited about another 30 minutes and had to leave. I put the do not disturb sign on my door, but they entered my room anyway which was extremely concerning from a security perspective. When I left one morning, the housekeeper asked if I wanted service and I said no. She offered me water, which I accepted, but realized I left my key in my room. When she let me into my room, she pushed her way into my room even though I told her I didn’t want service. I told her I didn’t need anything she insisted one checking the trash. This was quite rude and troubling behavior. Because of these two incidents, I would not recommend your property to anyone.

Very comfortable beds with fabulous accommodations. Staff was extremely friendly as well. I was super impressed with the security (you needed your room cars to even enter the building through the front entrance after 9pm) and the location was great for us! Would definitely stay again!
