Great place, not so great bed!

The staff was very pleasant! The hotel is well kept and very clean. The bed and pillows in our upgraded room were not comfortable, if we had been staying more than one night we would have had to change rooms

Not sure if this hotel has recently got its management changed but starting from check in till last day of our stay hotel stay experience was too bad. No one answer phone calls most of times at front desk, conceirge or any other service. We were suppose to get check in at 3 pm and our room wasn’t ready until 6.30 PM as it wasn’t cleaned. They changed food menu which is horrible and not worth the price you spend. Previous menu was far better. We always used to stay at Sofitel whenever in Chicago but this time we eneded up having such a bad experience so might explore other options in future

Great stay at a well-located property in Chicago. Magnificant Mile is a terrific area in which to stay esp if you like to walk. Had limited interactions with the hotel staff but when I did they were friendly and accommodating.
