Property is very old and dated, furniture falling apart and stains all over chairs and couch. Glue holding tables together. Killed two roaches. Arrived late from a 13 hour drive..around 1am. Only stayed til the next morning then got up and left to find another hotel because this one was not up to standards. Will never book at Sonesta again

Home away from Home

The room was spacious yet cozy. My husband loved the recliner in the room! Having a laundry room on site was great, not having to pay to do laundry was a plus! We were a little disappointed not to get the fresh popped popcorn that was advertised in the lobby by the popcorn machine. Unfortunately we were told there wasn’t enough staff on site to make it. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Checked in my room and there was a plastic bag with used tampons behind the recliner. I also stayed there for five days and saw the cleaning staff three times in the mornings, but they never came in and cleaned my room. Not sure why they would skip my room
