The bed frame was filthy with food and dirt in the corners and there roaches on the walls. I killed 3 while I was there overnight and there was black mold spots behind the sink.

The elevator were broken. Had to help my kim go up the stair. She has knee problem and heart problem. We check in at around 5:35 and had to come back home because we could sleep with the noise from the floor upper from our bedroom. No one at the desk to help. It was my first time there and will be last and won’t recommend to any of my family and friends. Pay for a place that could stay.

The front desk professional was kind and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. However, the outside was full of dog poo. There was piles and piles of dog poo on the front area of the hotel facility outside. I believe people live in the hotel with their pets and don’t clean up after them. It’s not a pretty sight and not welcoming to a visitor.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly. He was grumpy, curt answers. The elevators were out of order. No coffee offered at the front desk as said on the brochure. The rooms were clean, but only one towel a a face towel for 2 guests. And only one some to shower and wash hands.

The patkibg was free basic parking, but it didn't feel safe because people had the back entry propped open to smoke outside. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about rates, I was charged $15 more than booked online and he said it was Expedia not them. Kitchen refrigerator was dirty on top, cabinets had old food crumps, and the bed was a medal 4 leg frame like prison beds on TV! Never again!
