I recently stayed at Wyndham Garden Elk Grove Village/O’Hare, and my experience was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the exceptional service from Maidiel at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, Maidiel was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. He was easy to talk to and even took the time to listen to my stories while efficiently managing his work. His restaurant recommendations were absolutely perfect, I tried several of them, and each one was incredible. Because of Maidiel’s hospitality and great local tips, my trip to Chicago became a wonderful adventure. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely return to this hotel, not only for its comfort but because of the outstanding customer service provided by Maidiel. He’s a true asset to the Wyndham Garden team.

Hotel was fine. No issues with the stay. Restaurant was only there to say it was there. Maybe not something that they do in Chicago. Should have at least a grab and go breakfast included with breakfast drinks.
