It was the most awful experience i had got a room and i canceled that same night and they didnt give me but 30dollars back out of 271.00 that i paid for there room not only that never even steped into hotel at all and all i got was $30.00 was a joke . Do not recommend at all

We stay here everytime we’re in Vernon…the new renovations are very nice. Hailey with housekeeping was very attentive and nice. The only issue I had was the bed comfort…. We had stayed at a hotel in Fort Worth earlier in the week and the bed there was too hard for me. I was looking forward to sleep better at y’all’s place but it was hard too 🤔…I don’t know if they’ve always been that way, but don’t remember them being hard. We enjoy staying at your place and will continue to.

We got room on top floor and I think it was renovated or rebuilt so there was strong paint odor in the lobby but within room we didn’t experience any odor. Overall experience was good and breakfast is decent.
