Very polite front desk staff. They were understaffed she said so that kind of helped a bit with understanding why the place seemed so dirty. Room was fairly clean. Mirrors looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Elevator was nasty and sounded like a death trap. Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh food was brought out and everything was clean. Bed was awful. It was on a metal sheet frame so everytime you moved it made a loud sound.
