The Hotel's administration charged me extra, even though I had already fully paid at Expedia. The room was smaller and supposed to be in the main tower, but it ended up in the west tower.

There was a big lineup and only two wickets open while we checked in. We waited for a long time and was told our room was not ready. It was already after 4pm. We had to bring all luggages and wait in lobby. We finally got our room at 4:27pm.

An hour line to check in

I’d arrive at least an hour early because that is what u r dealing with just to check in. Place is full of asbestos and keeps getting fined yet prices are still over inflated . Better off going to the hot springs that cost 17 rather than the 500 .
