The property is a bit dated, but that is part of the charm. I thing the Resort need a bit of work on patrolling the pools for loud noise in the quiet areas. Diving… too much in no diving areas

The check in process was smooth and quick, the room was ready on arrival which was nice. The front desk guy was very helpful on where to go check out as well during our stay. The room though was quite outdated, thermostat didn’t work causing it to be 25.5 degrees in there, we mentioned it to the desk but no one came to check it out. The bed was not good, could feel the springs in the mattress which sucked after the hot springs because the sleep was not good at all. The hallways have a constant musk smell, which probably comes from the fact it is all carpet and people are soaked going from the hot springs dripping all over the carpets in the entire hotel. The hot springs are amazing, 5 pools and they’re all great. My only thing would be that they have security there, but let the adult pool turn into an absolute circus and do nothing about noise levels / drunks thinking they’re in Mexico at an all inclusive. All in all, I have mixed feelings about the stay. We would return for an annual trip, but hoping to see some improvements especially for the price compared to all of the other hotels in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort. It’s a cozy hotel surrounded by stunning natural scenery, making it a perfect getaway. The highlight was definitely the swimming pools—especially enjoyable in the winter with the warm water and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel does get quite crowded on weekends, but the overall experience was still great. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat with beautiful views, this is a great choice!

The Harrison Hot Springs Resort was a huge disappointment. First, there were too many people drinking and talking loudly in the hot springs in the evening. Some people even brought bottled beer and were drinking and talking and no one was stopping anyone. Also, some people were taking pictures with their cell phones and others were in the pictures. This definitely needs to be properly restrained by the resort staff.

We loved our stay. It was very relaxing. The furniture in the rooms is old and you can hear sounds from other rooms but the hot spring water is great and the amenities are great.

We booked through Expedia so we were put in the older not renovated area of the hotel. No changes allowed. I called three times to get us moved but because we booked on a final sale we couldn’t make any changes. Even though we called both Expedia and the hotel directly we were denied moving to be with our friends. When we got there the staff was able to offer us an upgrade to be in their building. It was approximately $200 more than the $370 we already paid. We didn’t go for that. The hotel called us and said since you’ve waited longer than checkin we would like to offer you an upgrade. But we were delighted. We got a bottom floor lake view room. But the fridge didn’t work and the bathtub had rust on it. Beds were very uncomfortable and no blankets. The paint was coming off the dressers in our room and there was some kind of white stain on the burgundy curtains. So for nearly $400 I can say I was very disappointed. The hotel itself was clean and staff were very nice. It was just a lot of money for an uncomfortable sleep. Next time I’d stay at the Harrison beach hotel which was half the price and new beds fireplace lake view kitchenette. Our friends stayed there and showed us their room. It was a two minute walk from the Harrison resort.

Last minute. Chose this over brier in kelowna

Last minute decision, and a very good one. Use of the pool before our check in. Big old school room, very cozy. Short walk to elevator amd pool. Love the adults only hot pool. Good buffet spread for breakfast. On pricey side for no hot omlettes.
