Check in/out was easy & the staff was nice. However, my card was charged before I got there when my booking stated payment would be collected upon arrival…not sure if that was on Hampton or Expedia. Also, there is a $150 incidentals deposit that was mentioned nowhere when booking. Our stay was nice & only for one night. The only thing we didn’t like about the property is that there is no place in the lobby to just sit & relax. When we attempted to sit in the dining area after coming in from an event we were told it was closed and we couldn’t sit there. Other than that this hotel was fine.

It was one of the best stays we’ve ever had at a hotel. The room and property was very clean. I also loved how secure the property was, you had to have your room key to access the elevator. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Cincinnati.

We felt the hotel was very convenient to the downtown Cincinnati area. We felt the room was very nice. The free breakfast buffet was very good. We enjoyed the coffee in the lobby area, which was available all the time. We enjoyed the welcome waters for the Hilton honor members. The room was very comfortable, well lit, and we enjoyed having both a fridge and microwave. The check-in was a little spotty and took a little time. The front desk person at our check-in was not the friendliest. Although at other times, all of the front desk staff as well as the dining area staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, we had a very nice stay and if in the Cincinnati area again, would strongly consider staying at the hotel
