Extremely clean facility! The inside structure of the Hyatt was too cool! They even offered us champagne for Valentine's day. Staff was SO friendly! Everything was 10/10!

We’ll never do business with hotels.com again. I was advised my your agent that they spoke with Hyatt rep and since I paid up front no additional deposit would be required. Then I double checked through chat and was told a $50 deposit would be required after speaking with the Hyatt which could be paid by cash or card. I arrived to check in and the agent refused to accept cash and I had to walk 10 minutes to PNC to deposit the money then walk all the way back. And to make matters worse the room wasn’t even thoroughly cleaned. The carpet and bathroom was atrocious. Due to your inconsistencies regarding the deposit and the inconvenience you caused, I highly doubt I’ll ever use your service again

Hyatt for Sons 18th Birthday!!

We attended an indoor College Track meet at MSJ University. It was our son's 18th birthday, so decided last minute to get reservations at hyatt downtown Cincy, to celebrate. We had dinner at restaurant there, it was delicious, the Staff came out and sang Happy B-day to our Son. We watched the NFL playoff game. Went across street to 5 iron virtual golf, then back to Hyatt where we played pool, had great pizza, handmade at the Bistro there at Hyatt!! It was a Great family weekend!! Thank you Hyatt and Staff!!

We had room 1701 which was perfect. We had a corner room, outside the door was a window to viee the other side of town and the exit stars so it was nice to have our own little corner. The view is stunning the room is very nice!! Even the carpet is nice! We appreciated the cleanliness of this hotel. Pool is open 6am to 10pm not 24hrs so be prepared but even the pool is awesome try to sneak in before the crowd!! Enjoy your atay at hyatt like we did

Everything seemed very out dated. It was construction around the entire premises and had to walk around an entire block from the parking garage. Whistling noise outside room the entire day and night.
