Overall a great place to stay. I stay here at least once per year. A bit irritated by the check in. Not the friendliest person and said that my card was declined. Turns out it was because she attempted to tap it instead of inserting into the machine. I had to use another card and called Visa to find out why. I am Canadian and was staying in U.S.. the checkout service was much better, different person who helped me change to the preferred card. Also, they were ill prepared for the number of people arriving after the football game ended. It’s not their first rodeo. I blame that on the business scheduling. The people working tried as best they could and were very very nice and helpful. Perfect place if seeing Bengals game. Literally a couple blocks away

A Jazza-lishes stay

Very clean rooms! the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and cordial. The lobby itself is very retro and chic. The king bed my wife and I slept in was so comfortable! And our view we had on the 21st floor was Jaw dropping :) perfect for going to a football/baseball game and exploring local restaurants! The pool was also fantastic it’s not very deep but the glass dome room is very neat ! Only complaints I have are the menu for room service wasn’t working at the time. Was inexpensive in my opinion for what I received I would HIGHLY suggest getting the included breakfast, the restaurant below the hotel is to die for !

The staff was very nice, it’s an older hotel and still heavily smells of smoke. Just felt very expensive for what we got.
