I had an absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we arrived, the staff behavior felt strange and unwelcoming, which immediately set a bad tone. The hotel itself smelled strongly of cigarettes and gave off an overall feeling of neglect and poor upkeep. The room was genuinely gross. The bedding appeared dirty and unclean, and within minutes of being in the room we found a bug in the bed, which was unacceptable and alarming. On top of that, there was a homeless man clearly living in the parking garage, which made the situation feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The entire environment felt unclean, poorly managed, and unsettling. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not even feel safe or confident confronting the front desk about the issues, and the hotel was completely unstayable. This was not just an inconvenience, it was an experience that made us feel unsafe and uneasy enough to book a new hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Other hotels I have been before they had daily cleaning policy which is safe as well. I stayed three nights in this hotel but they didn’t clean anything at all. I had to manage myself.

Our room (809) was very clean... The shower did not work very well, and not because of the low flo shower head... the plunger you pull to make the shower come on was screwed up... We stayed 2 -14 - 25 and it was very cold and snowy outside... Their underground parking was great because of the weather...

Room was very dirty. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. The website and hotel said they were “smoke free”, our room reeked of cigarettes. The location also felt very unsafe.
