Expedia and owners don’t communicate! I wrote the hotel to inform them that I had 2 dog, the guy at check-in was mad because we had dogs and we booked the wrong room. We showed him the message that we sent, he said Expedia doesn’t communicate well. They switched us to a room that was about 85+ degrees and didn’t cool off for hours. On the good side it was clean and had areas for dogs, this is hard to find. Breakfast was typical and not great.

Fine for a one night stop over

We stayed here one night on a road trip from Indiana to NY. The staff were friendly and check in was quick. The hotel is older and in need of renovation but it was affordable, so we overlooked that piece. The sheets were clean bathroom was wiped down but could have used a deep clean of the tub and floor. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

Smoky dirty room with NO hot water

This was one of the worst stays I have ever had and that’s saying something. First off non smoking room that smelt like someone had smoked a pack in there. Dirty towels. Didn’t notice the dirty comforter until morning. I was so tired. And to top it off no hot water. The windows only have sheer curtains and it’s in ground floor so any creeper could look in at night. I have seen some bad things on cross country drives. But this takes the cake. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly at check in. The room smelled musty and I needed to buy air freshener. It also was not very clean. The refrigerator smelled awful. Handle on shower was missing. AC did not work well.

You get what you pay for

The property looks like an old college dorm. and the room smells very musty. The positive are that it was inexpensive, quiet, comfortable beds, nice size double queen room and they serve complimentary hot breakfast.

This property needs to be updated because it is showing its age. While the lobby and breakfast area are nice, other places are worn out or not well maintained. This includes the stairwells/hallways, pool (cloudy water), parking lot (full of potholes), and rooms (especially the bathroom).

The check in was good. The room was dirty. Floors were not clean bathroom was moldy and also not very clean. A bottle of alcohol was left in the room. Sheets and towels were stained. The pool was cold. In the morning I told the gm about this and he said I already had a discount from booking thru hotels.com so he wouldn't give me anything off... He also said I should've came and complained after we went in and got a new room. At that point I was over it and mentioned it in the morning but that wasn't good enough

my stay was okay. i was really excited to have the jetted bathtub but when i had gotten there the desk person said the jetted bathtub wasn’t working. not sure if all of them weren’t working or just the room i got.. was pretty disappointed with that but overall the stay wasn’t bad

Very friendly, welcoming staff

This stay was just a stop on the way home, not to stop and see anything in the town. It’s a sleepy town area. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy. The staff when we arrived as well as in the morning at breakfast were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good though there’s not much in the area. This is a budget-conscious, comfortable choice.
