My bedding has cigarette burns in it. Understandable, since I think I was given a smoking room (I’m a non-smoker). However, the biggest issue i had was that the next morning, I had bug bites all over one shoulder the next morning when I woke up. I suspect it was from bed bugs.

We booked 40 min away from our destination because of the pool. The weather wasn’t great and indoor pool was a must. Getting there nothing was said prior or on the website about the pool being down all weekend so that was an issue for us with 3 children excited to swim. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience and customer service was lacking heavily. The only good service we received was from Mel the breakfast cook. She was super sweet and helpful with breakfast. Other than that this stay was horrible for us. Rooms were okay, everything appeared clean enough. But I wouldn’t stay again.

Everything smells like cigarettes. What’s most offensive is that I had to sign a statement saying that if there was any cigarette smell I would be held responsible. That wouldn’t bother me as a lifelong non smoker but the rooms are disgustingly rife with the odor of cigarettes. There is no pool available and the shower is unclean. Refuse to recommend or repeat this experience. T

Front desk was GREAT- esp moving me away from current “work area”” Sadly- my exit area was a dump,ground for smokers who do NOT use your provided can- and bottle tops , etc. Also- dumped old ac units around the back of building looked “trashy” Room was fine - tho rim around sink was dirty/ rusty maybe ? Breakfast was enjoyable -& I will DEFF return this august

Filthy bathroom. Sink was full of hair. Tub stained, cigarette burns on bed blanket. Called down to desk and they said that they were aware of it! Don’t offer to change it or correct it in anyway. I should have taken pics. Filthy hallways. Trash bags outside of rooms all night.

The room door lock didn’t work. Maintenance person had to let us into the room and we couldn’t use our key cards. Side doors to the building were open to the public, no key card required so that was a safety concern. The sheets and towels were dirty. Sheets covered in stains. Towels literally had pubic hair. There were two dirty socks, an empty mountain dew bottle, and other miscellaneous trash. Overall, super terrible stay. Stayed only because we checked in late and did not have time to get a refund and go to another hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff was great! They were helpful and friendly! The hotel wasn't as clean as I remember from before when I stayed there and things looked a bit with but overall, it was a decent stay.

Great service.

When we got to our room the television wasn't working properly. We told the person on duty at the front desk. He came to our room to try and fix the problem, but was unable to. He then upgraded us to a new room for no extra charge.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed here Terra( probably misspelled) was awesome! Super friendly and The Continental breakfast was pretty awesome too. Quite a few restaurants, fast food options nearby. And a Walmart too - if you are a Walmart shopper for Room was clean
