The hotel needs some upgrades with basic items like new lamp shades, ottoman and etc. You can visibly see the wear and tear on the hotel on the inside.

No telephone in room, then phone line never worked the 3 days I was there. Room key kept decoding, room key also had to be recoded for back outside door. I have stayed at Country Inn Suites the last 4 times I have come to Clarksville. This property is no longer a 4 star that I thought it was. I will now make reservation at one of the other better hotels.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was mold all over the tile in the shower. The shower head was coming off the wall, the door bottom was peeling at the bottom, the ceiling fan looked like it was never cleaned along with the floor. Ceiling light was full of bugs. Microwave and fridge cabinet was falling off, the fridge hinges had some type of growth on them. The door jams were badly chipped. TV didn't work and the remote was busted. Furnas controls had dried gunk on them. There was blood on the window shade. i woke up to bug bits on my feet and leg. I will be notifying the Radisson Corporation.
