Very disappointed

No hot water in the room so left without taking a shower. The response from the desk attendant was that she would notify engineering. Also, was woken at 7am by construction noise from storage room next door where sheetrock was being installed. The hotel was virtually empty so why put us in a room next to this? No apology or offer of compensation from desk attendant. No response to an email sent to management. Very disappointed.

There were no coffee / tea making facilities in the rooms. A beverage station was provided on each floor, but this was inconvenient, created additional noise, and was only available in the morning. No microwave was provided in the room. AC was noisy and did not hold a temperature set point.
