Best comfort suites I have ever stayed at. The room was spotless, the staff were very hospitable, customer service was excellent, water pressure was amazing in the shower, breakfast options were plentiful. The hotel is brand new, it has an amazing waiting area and pool. If you're in the Cleveland area, this is the hotel to stay at.

Every staff member was very courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately, in the room the towel hook was missing from behind the bathroom door and the sink was draining very slowly. One of the lamps did not have a bulb in it. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable! The breakfast bar was very well stocked and a good selection!

We had the absolute best stay here! The staff is what made it special. Everyone was so kind.. made it feel like home. The whole hotel was well kept and our room was very clean! Highly impressed and would definitely stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed from December 6-12. Everyone from the front desk staff, housekeepers and kitchen staff were very kind. The staff were very courteous. They honored the request that I had. I felt more like part of a family than a stranger. All staff were eager to assist in anyway possible. The hotel was very clean. They also include children with own activity table and TV. Best hotel I have been too!
