Hotel was clean, staff were friendly but over worked and under paid. Easy on/off from turnpike. Woukd stay here again when visiting kid at Oberlin College - only 20 minute drive away.

While the hotel was well maintained and the staff were great, this particular establishment does not offer free breakfast which I find unusual for this brand. Also, to access this hotel you have to drive through a dead shopping mall. Not be best location.

The luggage racks carts wheels are horrible! We had a lot of luggage for our month long trip. Manuering these carts was very difficult. I let management know. He offered to assist me, very helpful. He said he has advised owner/management. Otherwise, beautiful facility. Area seems to be depressed. Closed Mall next door.

The property itself is excellent! Very well maintained clean and very nice looking. Nice landscaping and appearance of the external part of the property. The lobby and the dining area are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are nice and quiet. The area outside of the property looks like a war zone And a lot of places abandoned and not really representative of the nice hotel that it sits in.

The hotel is fine. The surroundings are an abandoned mall and cinema complexes. Somewhat dystopian. Morning drip coffee at cafe terrible. Order a machine made latte or cappuccino for something that tastes like coffee. Very attentive staff.

In a very depressed area with a nearby hotel empty and abandoned and a once thriving shopping mall that is hanging on by a thread. Breakfast was supposed to be included but the counter person had no idea if it was, and when asked about what was on a particular breakfast item, had no idea and said he’d have to look up how to make it! You’d think if he was hired to cover the breakfast counter he’d be trained to properly do his job. Room was very nice and comfortable and the shower was so well designed with lots of space and places for toiletries. Despite the economic depression in that town it is probably the best hotel in the area.
