The hotel itself is great. Customer service and front desk... not so much. They were not helpful at all. WE did love the security guard that was on duty. He was willing to help us with whatever we needed. The front desk was very frustrating to deal with.

OK Place, but not for a family

Common areas were clean and updated. Great breakfast and rooms were modern. The hotel reeked of weed, blankets and garbage were just laying in the hallways all day long and the pool was closed due to "maintenance", which is code for the lobby was being used for a conference. Staff was top notch.

Great place to stay

Pretty good stay my only issue was i was given an handicap room instead of a regular room which i had ask for but i can over look that. Front deask were amazing and nice, i would stay again

The phones in room were inoperable to order room service or 911...but there was no menu either. At 930am a lady who spoke Russian knicked on my doir waking me up to check out? Excuse me....i call front desk from my cell ....phones dont work.....get a late check out at 1pm for her to return at 1140am. I just wantedvto rest

Didn't like the food choices for the guest hour. And the choices for alcohol could have been a lot better.The food was never replenish. The breakfast was great . There were way too many young children running around the hotel unsupervised . We wanted to stay another night but with all the unsupervised kids we said no way. .
