We stayed at this location and enjoy our time. The room was very clean and the staff were great! I would highly recommend this location as it is centrally located and close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Average but not worth another visit

Room and bathroom were both very clean however the carpet could use a cleaning. My bare feet were filthy when I showered. Pillows need replaced badly but the beds have a few more years to go. Parking was outrageous and during peak times, slow.

The hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean.

Clean hotel, walkable area, room was clean, staff was nice, good breakfast. Only complaint was the street was loud at night and it was hard to sleep. The next day at breakfast someone told me if you have a room higher up, it’s better and not so loud. I was on the 3rd floor. I’ll try requesting a higher floor next time.

Family time in Cleveland

The breakfast was great. Very helpful and a good variety of stuff to eat. Rooms were a little loud. You could hear everything outside and from other rooms. Room service was helpful. Location was great to get to the baseball stadium and the rock n roll hall of fame. Right in the middle. Also a casino close by for adult time.

The location was nice downtown Cleveland the room was small the tub would not drain called for maintenance it did not help so it was still stopped up took a long time to dream overall it was clean.

Booked this hotel on a whim while traveling through. This wasn’t our first downtown hotel stay, but it was the first time we were faced with unexpected valet parking fee of $48. We chose to pay it due to safety concerns given the time of our arrival, but that also meant we paid $48 to park our car for 6hrs while napping. Other than that, the room and facility was nice. The staff were average. Unfortunately a lot of hecklers hanging out outside the hotel and were a bit relentless but that’s not the hotels doing.
