We had an inside room near a rather loud vent system our first night. Thankfully a very kind desk attendant found a different room on the outside wall for a quiet, peaceful second night. Great location!

Great location for game at Progressive Park. Nice hotel with bar. Checking in was quite difficult. Only one person at checkin time who was quite slow. Should staff better.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn… the staff was friendly, our room was clean, and we were close to restaurants and activities. We brought our dogs and appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere. If we visit Cleveland again… will definitely pick this hotel!
