Check in was crazy...many people waiting in a very small area; only one person behind the desk and some folks were waiting to have room issues resolved. Our room was nice, clean, cozy. Breakfast was fine, area was busy but crew kept it clean and well stocked. The street was very noisy, lots of emergency vehicle sirens all night. Very convenient to get to theatre, restaurants, etc.

They charge you $45 for parking/valet service and then it took 48 mins or more to get our vehicle. Also, our room key cards stopped working after we left the room and returned.

Good except check in desk.

Very enjoyable stay.. valet , breakfast, rooms were great! Check in clerk behind desk was ride and uncooperative when I asked questions.. I was shocked how belligerent she was .. i was not in any way impressed with her customer service skills.. I was close to telling her off. I was being very polite but she was extremely rude and nasty for no reason. Again, high marks for everything else.

Beds and pillows are soooo comfortable! My husband has several appointments with Cleveland Clinic. It is so easy to get there from the hotel. It is also close to Euclid Ave., where there is plenty of restaurants to eat at. Close to Gurardians stadium, Cavaliers stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and more.

Was just ok.

Check in took 30 min because one computer was down? No shampoo —didn’t discover until I was already in the shower. Breakfast 1st am was fine. Second was dirty. No orange juice. Potatoes were raw. Location was within walking distance to the convention center. Snow removal was non existent in front of the hotel(but everywhere in downtown really). Would stay here again but bring all your own amenities because I wouldn’t count on the hotel having what they say they do.
