Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish is that the air conditioning stayed on longer. Its on a timer and shuts off not to long after. The room was clean, and looked modern which I always like. My overall experience was excellent. The rooms are soundproofed so you can't hear people talking or their televisions like most hotels. However the floors are evidently not too thick. I could hear people walking througout the day and at night. It wasn't terrible but a minor annoyance. But overall this was a great stay and I would stay there again.

We loved this hotel. We actually checked out and requested a refund from another hotel in the area and stayed here instead. The property is clean, Mark that works in the breakfast area was wonderful! Staff was all friendly, pool was clean and fowls were always clean and available in the pool area. Highly recommended

I am aggressively pursuing a refund. Be stay was paid for and full and yet when I got there, they had canceled the reservation. How does that work. In addition I have had a terrible time trying to reach Expedia to get my money back. I need to have this resolved immediately and it's unfortunate that happened to get resolution. I'm very unhappy

Hotel is styled nicely, recently renovated. Staff is helpful and cordial. Breakfast was great. Room styled very nicely. Only negative I would say is the bathroom door is a sliding barn door style. Fashionable but leaves a decent gap between door and door frame. No sound suppression at all for a bathroom, if you catch my drift. Located next to a Starbucks and McDonalds so that is convenient. Right off the Highway too.

There was nothing really remarkable except that everyone seemed to do their jobs well, with great customer service and and attention to detail. That is getting more difficult to find but we found it here. My granddaughter declared the beds to be the most comfortable she's ever slept in! The pool was open and clean. The rooms were spotless. What more could you want? The location was perfect for our needs. I enjoyed the lemon waffles option for breakfast!

Only stayed one night. It was super nice just like the pictures. Pool is decent size and it was warm. Patio right outside the pool area for parents watching their kids. Thats was nice. Starbucks which is not open yet but will be right in the parking lots. Mcdonadls to the left and a dunkin 2 blocks away. Sams club right across the street. It was perfect for our basketball family to stay swim and relax
