One of the staff personnel , the second employee at check in desk very rude when complain my room heat was not working. As polite and educated try to be,language attitude use towards me as paying customer unacceptable in any society. Also in a sarcastic manner stated to me to sleep without heat until next day mechanic would check it out.

The hotel was clean and brightly lit. Felicia quickly checked us in and was very helpful with all of our questions. Our room was very comfortable and well tended. The breakfast had lots of selections. I had a bagel, sausage, and scrambled eggs and it was all fresh and yummy.

After several calls to request a refund and cancel this reservation due to a medical issue, it not addressed and I continued to get emails about my stay rather than my cancelation. The reason for not coming was a necessary medical procedure in Indiana. It was explained and still ignored. We will not be back again even though it was a hotel of choice before this incident.
