Comfortable, but mediocre service.

The room was comfortable. The pool was nice and warm, but the hot tub was covered and non-functional. The breakfast was good, but they did not keep it well stocked. When the hot food ran out from previous guests, we had to wait nearly a half hour before it was replenished.

We were only in town for one night, we looked for a place with about tub and breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no hot tub, even though the site still shows pictures with a functioning hot tub. The other reason for low stars was the fan in the room, it was so loud and rattled, we tried turning it off but it got very stuffy and warm. The hotel was certainly showing its wear, but the staff was kind, beds were comfy, and breakfast was good.

The woman from India at the front desk was excellent and very helpful. Property is worn out and needs some major upgrades/improvements. Windows and screens bad, frig in unit made major noise, needs painting, furniture worn. Dust all over the furniture in the room.

2 night stay

The room was clean and comfortable. I was there for 2 nights and they didn't have cable. Spoke to another guest after the first night and he said he had been there for 8 days and only had tv for 2 of the nights. There was freezing rain one night. Although the sidewalk had some salt on it, the parking lot was not salted and was like a sheet of glass.
