Were were not in the room other than to sleep. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows were small and not great. the exhaust fan in the bathroom made a noise after running for just a few minutes. Other than those few items it was as expected and served as needed for our visit.

We booked for my parents when the came into town. Checked in and the room was so heavily perfumed it was choking. The air conditioner front was broken and you could see mold thick and growing in it. My mom has cancer and could not stay there. We immediately checked back out. The front desk said they could not refund us because it was booked by Expedia. Even though I had just paid at the front desk. I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel. I was told they approved the refund and would be refunded within 24 hrs. Called the hotel next day and was told they would refund as soon as Expedia canceled the booking. None of this ever happened so I ended up disputing it on my credit card.

The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The property just needs a lot of work. I run businesses and understand how to save money, but I believe this hotel could charge slightly more per night if they would just make it look a little nicer.
