Check in was great front desk checking in she was a doll. Checking out had a complete ass hole who had no customer care what so ever after bragging been there 12 years he was very rude asked for a recipe refused stating we dont do paper recipes when i stay at a comfort inn 3 nights a week all over the state of bew mexico and not once had an issue getting a paper recipe till today will never staybat clovis comfort inn again got yelled at ny work for bot gettinf recipe due to that gentle man.

I have stayed a few places in Clovis NM, but this was by far the best to date, clean, quiet and staff was courteous, pleasant and helpful- front desk staff were not very visible and really didn't go out of their way to greet you unless you were checking in, but the rest of the staff-kitchen and cleaning were always pleasant and spoke very nice, otherwise would have gave all 5 stars. They had a water leak and it is obvious this is an older Hotel but still clean - I would definitely recommend staying here

I was in Room 428 door was in such a bad shape that I did show my sister I was able to open it with the ‘not disturb “ sign. I reported it to the person in the lobby and answer was “ O yes, we have some others like that!……Seriously? I will never go back with that sense of insecurity!

Hotel.com Lied & Never made it right

Hotel.com said that I would be charged $59 to ad an additional night. They charged me $92 instead. Then it said pay at property zero due now, they charged my card right away causing me to be short on my mortgage that was auto drafted. They have not tried to make it right with me. I will not be using them any longer. They need to follow through on what they say/offer.

The staff was great. Alexis was very helpful. I didn't like that you now have to put a list if peoples names that come to visit you or stays in the room with you when you check in.

Reservation for handicap accommodations and was not handicao accessible! Manager then recommended making another reservation for an extra room with 1 king bed to accommodate us! Not paying for two rooms when my reservations clearly stated our needs! Pool usage another issue?? Never again.
