The Guest House is a newly renovated building that was once an art studio. It has one bedroom with twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. All of the appliances are new including a French door refrigerator with ice-maker. It has a separate utility room with washer, dryer and storage. The living room has an electric fireplace. There is a new central air conditioner. Linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, pots and pans and small appliances are provided. The private outside yard has a patio and barbeque grill. There is a separate building that has beach chairs, bikes, a cooler and a wagon to pull to the beach. It is less than a block to the beach and there is a free parking lot at the end of the street should you choose to drive.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Cocoa Beach. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a washer/dryer.

I love this little guest house! Clean, well appointed kitchen, fast wifi, big tv, plenty of space. Its behind the main house, so its a private little area away from the street.Great location, too. Close to plenty of restaurants, short walk to the beach, and the grocery store is close by as well.Sandy is a great host. I haven't had any issues here, but she has been quick to respond to my questions.

Our third time at this property, and we always have a great time. The beach items provided always make it fun. Layout of unit is very comfortable and washer and dryer in unit come in very handy. Unit is also well supplied with everything that we need in kitchen.

Cute hideaway

We stayed in the smaller unit behind the main house. It has everything you would need for your stay including a grill outside. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and highway. Perfect for watching the rockets take off. I wish it was a queen bed instead of two twins but that’s just personal preference. My wife probably enjoyed having her own space. Great price for the location.

Just Right

The cute, cozy cottage is located behind the main house. It’s quiet and private. We could walk to the beach. And took walks through the neighbourhood n the evening. It’s close enough to drive to the Orlando Wetlands and Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge.

Bright and Cheery

This place was bright and cheery. Though small, it seemed roomy and was very comfortable for the two of us. It was a short, three minute walk to a beach access and was just off N. Atlantic Ave., or A1A, so it was easy to get to places. The locarion behind the other place on the property gave it a real sense of privacy. We’re definitely coming back.

Loved being within walking distance to the beach, less than 5 mins! We were able to watch 4 launches too, just walk down to the beach. Our rental was very clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the patio and outdoor patio. A big thank you to our hosts!!!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our visit to the guest house and Sandy was easy to work with during our stay. The house offered lots of extra kitchen and grilling supplies. We enjoyed daily walks thru super nice neighborhoods and stopping at the beach, just a block to the ocean. Lots to see including Spacex launches.

Last minute rental to attend funeral.

This property was PERFECT!!!!! We stayed in Cocoa Beach to attend a funeral in Melbourne. We extended our stay for a few days and certainly enjoyed the unit we rented. Sandy (owner) was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. Since we were there during hurricane Nicole, Sandy kept us updated regarding the unit, electric conditions. This unit was again absolutely perfect for us. A block and 1/2 from beach, chairs, bikes all available for use, awesome restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this unit - but I hope you aren’t in it when we come back to FL. I really would like to rent it for the winter. 😬😜

Little beach cottage

1 block to the beach. Sandy had out little cottage clean and stocked with fresh sheets and towels. Spotlessly clean. She also had anything that we’d need for a day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again!
