For the money, nice partial ocean/city view. Rooms are dated outside of the smart TV. Had few baby roaches entering in as the front and rear doors aren't fully sealed from outside. Staff was really nice.

From the minute we walked in and met Abdullah at the front desk, we knew that this was a special place. He was genuinely interested in our comfort and hospitality. He made great recommendations and overall greeted us whenever we passed by the front desk during his Sunday afternoon shift. Abdullah helped make this short getaway for my wife and I truly memorable.

I went down to the concierge to complain and their response was “ok thanks for letting us know”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PUBIC HAIR ALL OVER TUB AND SHOWER WALLS DRIED BLOOD ON PILLOW CASE AND SHEETS BROKEN BED FILTHY ROOM Disgusting! I will never stay here again! I had two children with me and they got very sick from this hotel! DISGUSTING FILTHY!!!

Everything was good for a one night stay before the cruise. The only thing was that I had messaged hotel about booking our shuttle to cruise and they confirmed they booked it for us. However when we arrived for check in they said there was nothing booked. Also the shuttle arrived later than expected and caused us to wait for it in the lobby longer than expected.

The staff was very helpful and responsive to issues but our room did have issues with a door that did not lock well, a broken shower (which they did fix), signs of mold in bathroom, and a large bug that came out from behind the drawers. The breakfast was okay.

Stayed only one night so didn’t get opportunity to fully explore. Really friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was basic but did the job - it did have scrambled eggs and sausage patties as well as waffle machines and various bakery items. The room was spacious and our room had a good view - beds were comfy. Bathroom seemed outdated, fairly weak shower water flow and we did notice a few ants crawling around on bathroom floor in the morning of our stay. There is access to the beach from back of hotel via a couple of minute walk.

Nice location to beach, nice pool, friendly staff. Shared amenities with the hotel next door. Both had very nice pools. Pool towels provided, pools area had nice and new furniture. The room needed updating, the mirror and part of bathroom vanity not clean. I would have called front desk but after a long travel day I used my own wipes to clean it.

Nice room for family of 4. Sea view balcony was lovely. Room was clean and modern enough. Pool was fine, could do with more chairs for busier days. Can also use Marriott pool too. Perfect for the beach and walkable to shops etc. Breakfast is fine, nothing special. Breakfast could fill baskets of food quicker. They don’t smile either. Rest of staff were great.

Rooms are dirty and dated.

We didn't end up staying bc of the conditions. The pull out bed had stains all over the mattress and there was a white mess on the carpet. The staff was respectful and tried another room, but it smelled badly of cigarettes. 2nd floor rooms opened to an exterior walkway with AC equipment. Desperately needs updates and a deep clean.
