We booked an ocean view room and got a side room with no view. I'd like a refund. Paid extra for it and didn't get it and the front desk staff was rude and blaming Expedia for the issue. Won't boon through you guys or hilton again. Just had. Isness. I paid extra for nothing

We felt very uncomfortable by the staff, it felt like they were constantly buzzing in our ears. They asked us 3 times in one hour if we were staying there , what room number and last name. We felt very unhappy, will not go there again. Rooms were very nice but the staff was very rude and we felt like being discriminating. We brought this to Muhammad the manager’s attention but we checked out before we saw any outcome. There are better hotels I can spend my money. This vacation was a fail.

Our stay at the Hilton was awesome, all the staff members that we encountered went an extra mile to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s a beautiful thing to see the manager helping out where he could 👏. The room was very very clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower felt good with hot water. It felt like home away from home. We did not venture out as we were returning from our cruise 🚢 vacation. I’m sure the Hilton and all that it had to offer was not lacking. Yes, we would stay again and you should stay when in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Yes, the room was spotless, we were on the first floor so that was Great for me as I am up in age and it was easy access to the pool/beach. The pool are was well taken care of and the outside bar/ restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered food and was it was served in a timely manner! The front desk always had a smile on their face and went over and beyond to help us. We were going to drive to an event and they let us know there was a shuttle. I was so happy for that information because the traffic was horrible going to the event and trying to get out of Cocoa Beach.
