Cocoa Beach was experiencing a Severe Cold Warning where temperatures dropped below 30 degrees Fahrenheit overnight. The heat in our room would not go above 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel lobby was absolutely freezing and the only heat was from space heaters that didn’t even work. The Longboard Tiki Grill was freezing with only 2 out of 6 patio heaters working. The stay was miserable!!! It was such a relief to have the shuttle van show up with some heat inside. Seems to me that any hotel should be prepared for varying temperatures. The cold conditions were so bad, I really feel like I should get my money back

Onsite Tesla charging!! Much appreciated. Beautiful hotel. Loved the large outside bar area. Almost saw a rocket launch! That would have been incredible. It was delayed, not because of weather but because of a part arriving late! Dang. Really liked the area.
