This was an excellent experience with 2 kids & 2 dogs. The room was HUGE, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast selections were good and everyone went out of their way to make our stay great. Tara even called after we checked out to see if one of the girls left her water bottle in the lobby (of coure she did!) and is holding it till we can pick it up.

Beds are uncomfortable and noisy. Shower is an abomination. Low water pressure and no hand held shower head. I have started at this hotel many many times and over the years it has deteriorated quite noticeably. To add insult to injury they now charge $10 a day for parking and not even your Hilton points will cover that. I believe it’s time for me to part ways with this hotel.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the shower felt like i was in a phone booth way to small. There was a small amount of what looked like mold and rust around the bottom of the shower. The shower door was not high enough to keep the water off the floor. The cleaning crew kept our room very clean and fresh.

Starting by Angel/front desk: She was courteous, friendly, very nice to speak with, represented Hampton inn excellently. Rm 501 was clean and large because it was wheelchair accessible. Breakfast: eggs are horrible; however the waffles were good. Coffe: not the best but ok.
