Decent property, only had a problem with the walkin shower with a curtain that didnt reach the basin, and an unusual smell in the room. Breakfast was generous and staff lovely.

I was so disgusted at the lack of customer service at the front desk as the clerk ignored us and talked non-sense to the one and only person in front of us that I left without checking in. I did not stay there and will never book with Expedia again nor will I stay in this hotel chain. I paid for a room I never slept in and had to find lodging elsewhere in town.

Excellent hotel and experience. The only thing was the pullout sofabed - for the kids it was uncomfortable. It was on an angle and you could feel the coils. Otherwise great hotel for a family.
