The property itself has been lovingly restored for those who love character. It is in a fabulous location, short walk to the beach, even shorter to a cafe for fuel to start the day. Clean, comfortable with hospitable staff. Highly recommended.

Staff not helpful. Parking unsuitable. Over 35 stairs to climb with no help from staff. Room was dinghy. No air-conditioning. I have never stayed in anywhere like it. Was booked in for the return trip but soon cancelled .

The property was very tastefully renovated, the rooms, well, my room was extremely comfortable, very modern fitted out and very comfortable, had only ceiling fans, for me enough. For the Young, well, they are sooks, and will have wanted Air-Cond. I was very happy.

Enjoy our stay

The room we had was exactly as per the photos. There is no lift in the building. Luckily, the staff helped me to carry my suitcase up 1 flight of stair after check-in and down after check-out. Room is clean but the window shutter is dusty. Thick fluffy white towels. Good water pressure.
