I did not enjoy my stay, I found a bed bug on my bed and all I was offered was complimentary breakfast. Not satisfied at all, being as though I’ve been here before, I expected more cleanliness

My room was very big & clean. Even though the AC had an issue but that was addressed quickly by a technician. There was a weird sound coming from the shower when opened but no big deal. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We requested rooms side by side since I’m traveling with two elderly and the staff was not helpful. One of the rooms had broken alarm clock, plugs didn’t work, neither tv nor the telephone. Unfortunately not up to standards.

Was never given room keys, so could only leave room one at a time. Refrigerator in room was broken, furniture badly stained, mirror falling off wall, there were no vending or ice machines, and our window looked out over an interior landfill area. Employees were nice, but seemed strained by conditions. Definitely not as good as you’d expect at this price point.

Moderately safe. Room was not cleaned until after the 3rd day. Consierge (Joseph) was able to assist us get our room in order. Our room was given to my brother who checked in earlier than we did by a night shift front desk employee. Failed to identify the ID with same last name. It took one hour and half for us to get another room. Only one elevator worked for 3 days for all occupants.

They gave our room away to someone else and because of that it took 1 1/2 for them to put us in a room. Then we reserved two queens and got a king. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but left after one. The staff I will say that I worked with Hotels.com and they were able to get our stay comped
