Dear Holiday Inn East Andrews AFB Hotel Corporate, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel at above location- 5001 Mercedes Blvd, Camp Springs, MD 20746 . Despite reporting issues with the shower having only cold water and the air conditioning not working, Manager Denise refused to assist me. Not only were my concerns ignored, but Manager Denise also spoke to me in a condescending manner, making me feel disrespected and incompetent. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and respect. No hot water, broken bed, stained couch

We booked a weekend for Valentine's Day and this hotel was bad. There was no hot water all weekend. We told the front desk about it and they assured us it was getting fixed, it didn't. The bed was broken and the couch had stains all over it. Gross. Can't believe they have the nerve to charge $250/night.

I booked two rooms for my mother and I. In my mother’s room a used condom box was found at the bottom of her bed. She also did not have wash cloths, towels, or a shower curtain in her room. When she went to the front desk she was told she would be receiving a refund for one nights stay. We never received the refund and when I contacted Expedia they couldn’t get in contact with the manager of the hotel. How is that possible. The customer service has been horrible correcting this issue and I will be contacting corporate.

We were given a room in the basement that says first floor. The pillow had bird feather. The view from a small window is looking up to see the ground then cars parked. The breakfast was not good. Potatoes and eggs were burned on the side, with no taste, the sausage were dried. When items were finished, not supplied back right away. Even the water for tea was not good. Seems very lack of care. I told the front desk. Measures were taken right away and food was much better the next day. The front desk people are very good. They are trying to take action to help.
