This was one of the worst stays i have ever had. Everything was old and out dated. No usb sockets to charge my device. The heat/air was broken the room. The hot water didn’t work in the room. The hot tub that was in the room was broke and filthy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one

Upon checking into the hotel 15 minutes later the fire alarm went off with a real fire on the property, arriving back at the hotel preparing to iron, the ironing board was BROKEN- split in half, also there was a bug in the crevices caught in a dust web. The young man name Cedric was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and showed no hospitality as a staff member.

Hotel stay was fine, except the elevator was broken on the day we checked out, we had to go down 5 flights of stairs with our belongings, there should at the least been a freight elevator to use.

The room was absolutely filthy. Everything had a film on it. There were so many stains throughout room and so much dust. There was an old, mildew smell to the room, and the AC barely worked. Clothes left from previous stay. Keys did not work. Doors behind building did not work. Definitely felt a little unsafe. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The first day we did have breakfast which was a 6/10, but due to all the above we couldn’t imagine eating there the next day.

The front desk lady was an angel. When arrived a fire alarm came on. After a hotel evacuation and waiting outside for over 30 minutes we were able to check in. The following morning the hot water ran out for over 3 hours from 7 until 1030 and the elevators stopped working. The front desk had to handle all the complaints, which she had no control over. The owner the hotel needs to put more into the mechanicals of this property.
