Property and room was clean, pool was too cold to swim in Texas, early April. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Only one of two elevators worked. One of two room keys didn’t work and had to be reprogrammed twice before they just got a new key card that worked.

Went to check in just a little early and the young man said i couldn't until 3. Without no eye contact, then turned away. Went out to car and saw him check a person in five minutes later. I walked back in and asked a different person if i could check in and they said no problem.

Our Experience

The lobby was filthy when we arrived about 10pm. But I understand there was probably a large crowd hanging out and eating, so I don't hold that against them. Besides, the gentleman that came on shift started cleaning it up immediately. I was impressed. We missed breakfast Monday morning (which was pretty disappointing) because the young man told us at check-in that breakfast was until 10:30 but failed to mention that it was only until 9:30 on Monday. We had to get our key cards reloaded 3 times which was frustrating (and we know not to have them close to our phones). House keeping tried to enter our room even though we had the "Not Ready Yet" sign on the door. Honestly, we would come again, these things were just worth mentioning.

Pretty disappointed. Stayed here to Avoid a long drive in the morning for a 5:45 am surgery. Specifically requested a wake up call at 4:30am. If the beds were comfortable enough we would probably be sleeping still as no Wake up call came. Just excuses when we left. Really bummed
