The room was a good size, however I was very disappointed that the room was never cleaned, I had to dispose of my own garbage. In addition, the breakfast was on repeat the 5 days I was there, hardly any vegetarian options, and was very processed based food. Although it was in an ideal location I would not stay there again.

Room clean, but during stay door would not unlock and had to change rooms after waiting nearly an hour for the maintenence man to open it.-----Want to commend Cici for her help with an incident which occurred. She was patient, professional and encouraging.She deserves recognition by the Hyatt House

Beds were comfortable. I would not call the rooms clean. There was a sticky substance on the front of the dresser. Carpet was not well vacuumed. Night stand was dusty with dead fly bugs. Bath room floor was sticky. I was pretty disappointed for the comparative cost.
