the parking lot is very small, check in was friendly and efficient, our room was ready and clean when we arrived. the bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and just weird. in the morning the city shut off the water to the entire property. we had to find out by turning on the faucet to note even a drop coming out. the management could have called the guests to let them know. it took several hours to get the water back on in the property. We asked if there was a sister property we could go to shower and within 10 minutes they had a location we could go to. Overall, our stay was good.

Staff was friendly, room was nice, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and diverse. Bailey was great. The complaint is that the hotel smelled badly, especially the lobby. The lobby looked now rundown than the pictures online led you to believe.

The room was clean and the beds were sufficent in comfort. I also appreciated the friendly and respectful service from the receptionist, Bailey. However, I do need to address a concern. We experienced a water line issue late at night that left us without water for nearly 12 hours. This meant we couldn’t use the toilet, brush our teeth, or take a shower. We also weren't able to have breakfast, which was included and not offered because of the water situation. Unfortunately, we were not offered any discount or refund for this inconvenience, despite the room costing us $200. While I did not expect a full refund, I did anticipate some form of compensation. Highly disappointed with that part of our stay. My husband bought Bailey a breakfast taco and she gave it to one of the housekeeping people because she didn't feel well. Bailey deserves a raise with all the stress and anxiety that came with that situation.

Room was great, the staff was incredible. But the water got shut off to the building so we could not shower or brush our teeth and nothing was really done or offered to us, we were just told it would be on by 1pm. It was the city that did not tell them but water bottles delivered to the rooms would have been really helpful. Even just to flush the toilet.
