We flew in to IAH on a Saturday evening and just needed an inexpensive room to sleep in to rest before finishing our drive home. To be honest, I was a little nervous because I’m not one to trust a bargain, haha, but it was a great stay! The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nice clean room comfy bed, quiet property. Room 103: the hot water takes a good solid 4 minutes to warm up so be patient.

Our stay was great! The bathroom smelled of marijuana when we arrived but later went away. House keeping didn’t clean our room or take out the trash the first night but other than that, everything was fine.

Not as advertised.

Check in was great. The person that checked us in was friendly. After that, it went downhill. The floor in the room was dirty. Dead bugs in the room and bathroom. When I lifted the lid on the toilet, there was dried urine all around the rim. There was a tube of toothpaste between the towels on the shelf. Still wondering about that. The AC was cool, at best. The next morning, we went down for breakfast. There were 7 of us, in 3 rooms. There was no food. I asked the clerk if he was going to refill. He took about 20 minutes and then put out 4 sausage links and about 5 scrambled eggs. Keep in mind, I’m not expecting a chef prepared meal, but he saw how many of us there were and put out enough food for two. Thankfully, there is a Buccee’s across the street so we went for colaches instead. I’ll never come back to this place.

Lots of dead bugs inside my room it was overwhelming, breakfast was just terrible- they ran out within 30 min of putting it out. The gentleman would not put enough out for 8 people. Bed were extremely hard. This hotel is in an excellent location - Buc-ee’s right across street, couple of restaurants walking distance- would be great place if they clean it up more

The inside of the room is very basic and outdated. The “free breakfast “ was a joke! They had cereal but no milk, cream cheese but no bagels, and an empty fruit bowl.

Needs updating. Breakfast was not worth the effort. Oreos, yogurt, waffles that wouldn’t cook through, orange water for orange juice, eggs that looked like they were cooked on a cookie sheet and cubed.. very dried out.

Staff was so friendly and helpful when I checked in. Property was easy to get to and clean. Room was basic but clean and well stocked. Perfect for what I needed. Good quality for a good price. Directly across the street from Bucees. Which is very convenient! Plenty to eat in less than a mile from the hotel. Enjoyed the stay!
