The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. The most unexpected and challenging part was that there is no elevator and we were on the second floor. We weren’t made aware of the lack of an elevator as we were loading up the luggage cart. We had an early departure time and breakfast was not going to be ready for another hour, but coffee is always available 24 hours. That was a plus.

Well worth the price! It's not a brand new place, but it was very clean! The hallway and stairwell smelled amazing. Only one flight of stairs with no elevator. But we didn't mind. We had things we wanted to do in St. Louis but didn't want to stay in the city. As a mom and young son trip, I felt super safe. The staff were very friendly and the pool was nice.

I read the reviews prior to picking S8 and they appeared to be pretty good. The place was dirty. Every window in the lobby was filthy, the stairwell to get to the second floor was nasty with stains on the walls and filthy carpet, I was afraid to touch the hand rails. The security door on the first floor was signed keep closed but the door was blocked open almost everytime I passed it. The first room was a smoking room and I had to get another with no real problem. The carpet dirty in the hallway was never vacuumed this week while I was there. My room was very strong with Pinesal but hair in the shower, stains on the doors and walls, fingerprints on surfaces that should been wiped clean. The smell of cannabis in the hallway was sickening. Thursday night when I walked to the lobby I saw 9 people in the parking and 7 were sharing joints getting high and the odor was horrible. No body picking up their dog poop on the lawn. I was afraid to look at the breakfast because the rest of the place was so nasty. AC worked well and the shower was hot but that's the only good things I can remember.

2 levels with no elevator. Upstairs was reserved for no animals. While I am allergic to dogs and cats, I also have bad knees, so climbing stairs with luggage wasn't an option. The animals were loud, several people gathering outside were smoking pot and while the location was easy access to our route, we won't be staying again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is quiet, affordable, conveniently located, and safe. Check-in is easy, and the person working the front desk was friendly. The main lobby is nice. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms aren't newly updated, but they are just fine. I noticed that the hallway carpets are dirty and worn. Also, the bathroom doors and light fixtures are filthy.

I had a 2-night stay at this hotel. I liked everything overall, except the fridge in my room wasn’t working. I didn’t report it as it was a minor inconvenience for me, but might be a serious issue for many. The breakfast was okay for the price. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, a worth-the-value experience for $77/night.

Do not stay at Super 8 O'Fallon

I booked a studio suite that was supposed to have a kitchenette in it but was informed only after check in that the facility didn't have that type of room. The second floor of the facility smelled musty. The floors in my room were nasty. One of the beds was broken down in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The only positive thing about this facility was the breakfast.

Diamond in the rough

This is a diamond in the rough. Now if your done high fluting person you might find more problems. But for the price is amazing beds great, allot of pillows, refrigerator in room. There is a washer and be dryer on site. And the outdoor pool looked amazing.. just still to cold to partake, there was some under the refrigerator gunk but other than that decently clean. Fun rose wash rags and crimped tp. Easy on and off interstate

There were bugs in the bathroom. I’m sure it’s no smoking and there was cigarette smell constantly. I loved the pool, it was nice and clean as well as the area around it.
