It is centric and close to places but not the what I prefer in a hotel. The hotel is old and so are their rooms. Old TVs, old decorations, old phone, old furniture and the beds are very uncomfortable. I don’t know if I missed but we got 3 individual beds for a family room. Carpet everywhere. Saw flies outside the room. I would say that pictures do not look like the actual property. I tried to see if they will cancel and refund my reservations but they didn’t want to. If you don’t care about room confort, then it is in a good location.

The hotel is nice but our room’s AC was not working and the pillows were soft. We did not have a restful night. I booked two nights n left after the first. I have asked Hotel.com for a credit and still awaiting a response. The hotel was willing to give it to me if I has booked directly w them.

Stayed many times

We have stayed there twice this teip to Europe. Clean and rooms good size. Remodeled rooms and wonderful showers in some rooms. Very convenient location with easy access to restaurants and transportation. Only disappointed was that my sister was to make trip with us and a month before leaving her Dr wouldn't let her make the trip. The airlines and everyone of the other hotels on our trip all reimbursed her except Maritim. 😒

What you see is what you get! And it's good!

A very clean hotel. The breakfast was very good and it looks like the picture. So often you go to hotels and it doesn't look like the picture. This one really does and is very nice inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a great walkable location to all the sights! The room was amazing and we directly overlooked the Cologne Cathedral from the seventh floor. Walking distance to the river and old Towne area, tons of restaurants and shopping. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely stay here again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Immaculate

The hotel was a bit outdated but the rooms were immaculately cleaned. Not a speck of dust in sight. Near everything you could want to see in Cologne. I highly recommend for a visit and will stay here again next time I go.
