最悪な宿泊でした。 主に2点あります。 ①騒音について 土曜日の夜に泊まりましたが、すぐそばでライブが深夜の2時から3時程まで続いていたと思います。 ライブの場所に対して反対側の部屋でしたが、騒音が酷く、寝ることができませんでした。 よく海外で騒音トラブルを経験しますが、これ程までにうるさかった事はありませんでした。 次の日の旅行に影響をきたすので、このホテルはおすすめ出来ません。 ②紛失品対応について チェックアウト後、2~3時間後に忘れ物に気づきました。忘れ物は、携帯のGPSで位置情報を辿り、ホテルにある事は分かっていました。 その旨を電話で伝えましたが、後で折り返すとの連絡以降、折り返しはありませんでした。 2回電話を掛けたにもかかわらず同じ対応であり、残念でした。 無くしたこちらも悪いので深くは追求しませんでしたが、GPSを辿ってみたところ、ホテル関係者のGampaha districtの家に持ち帰られてしまったようです。お家、分かってますよ。 立地は非常に良かったですが、それだけです。

Great location in Fort, excellent facilities, friendly staff. The breakfast was not included in our reservation, and it was not worth the price. Lots of options, but uneven for a four star hotel: in a tropical country, only mediocre papaya and watermelon as fruits, and industrial juices? Margherine instead of butter? And the tech side (robots for room service) is a silly gimmick.

very clean centrally located hotel, value for money only problem was I have to wait long time to check put receptionist was busy and when I asked its every things ok she again ask me my room number which I have already given the key to check out . little disappointed but supervisor came and apologues to me . he know how to look after staff
