Each of the (2) units is identical, other than differences in appointments and design. Two of the units are adjacent to one another, and both are modern, luxuriously decorated, and over-flowing with practical appeal. Each has 4 levels, a private garage, private backyard, and each has a stunning rooftop patio with unobstructed views of Downtown Colorado Springs. Spend evenings under clear Colorado skies while you’re warmed by the modern, custom fire-features! Multiple private patios & outdoor living spaces offer unlimited entertainment options here.
You’ll access each unit the same way — either through the private garage or up the stairs and through the front door, using the private key-codes provided to you at booking. There’s a bedroom on the ground-level of each unit with a private bath, separate from the rest of the living space. Upstairs from the ground levels, you’ll find the main living areas, including an open-concept living/dining/kitchen. There’s a private patio on this level with comfortable outdoor seating on each, and great views of the Downtown area.
Back inside, you’ll enjoy the quality furnishings, practical layout, and the kitchens that invite a gourmet meal. With plenty of space, you can have the whole crew over and with exceptional, modern appliances, counter space, and dinnerware you’ll be inspired to create your best culinary masterpieces.
