This sweet and homey 2 bedroom, dog-friendly cottage was built in 1914 and fully renovated in 2020! It is upscale and modern with all of the amenities you need to work from home or enjoy a relaxing getaway! Close to all of the most popular attractions, such as The Broadmoor (5 minutes), The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (9 minutes), Seven Falls (6 minutes), and downtown Colorado Springs (8 minutes) this is the perfect home for you! The floor plan is open and airy and all of the living areas are accessible from the living room, which is the heart of this home. The Master Bedroom, with a King Bed, is on the front side of the house and includes a large closet, a dresser, charging lamps on the nightstands, and a television. Open the french doors onto your private patio and beautifully landscaped fully fenced yard. The Queen Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, an armoire to hang your clothes and store your belongings, a television, and dimming lights above each side of the bed. Between the 2 bedrooms, you will find the full bath with tub and shower. The well equipped kitchen has everything you might need including brand new appliances, crockpot, blender, toaster, and all the cookware and bakeware you could need. The Cuisinart Coffee Center is the best part! Start your morning off right with complimentary coffee or tea! From the kitchen, you can access the deck patio with a gas grill. We offer a washer and dryer along with laundry soap, fabric softener sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
